Ristorante La Pineta ( Livorno district - Tuscany)
These course can be of 3 or 6 days, or longer periods to agree in advance. The courses can also e indivicual.
The course will be held in the morning from 9 am to 12, and int eh first and third day also in the afternoon from 5 to 8 pm.
The afternoon of the second day will be dedicated to escursions and visit-at the wineproducer member of the Strasa Del Vino association.
Day 1:
9 am-12 meet the chef and have the first cooking class: general information on the criteria of choice and maintaing fish; information to be able to tell the various types of fishes. Preparation of fresh pasta and the specific way to cook the different types of pasta.
Lunch a dn relax.
5pm-8 Preparation of two/three dfferent fish sauces for pasta.
Day 2:
9am-12 second cooking class with the chef:preparation of the traditionl "Cacciucco" (tipical dish of the Tuscan coast).
Lunch and relax.
Afternoon escursion to the factory producer of wine and member of Strada Del Vino association.
Day 3:
9am-12 Third cooking clas with the chef: preparation of a second course "catalana of crawfish".
Lunch and relax.
5pm-8 Preparation of two-three desserts: choccolate flan, pistaccio semifreddo, and millefoglie with chantilly cream. Preparation of the famous "foglia di schiacciatina" (very thin tasty bread ). |
