Located within the village in Chianti, the restaurant is open
evenings and for prebooked luncheons. It has an internal bar
and both inside and outside dining areas. Led by a renowned
Italian chef, the restaurant offers a menu ispired by traditional
recipes prepared with a more contemporary touch and using
fresh local products. A fine selection of wines perfectly
complements the modern cuisine.
Furthermore, the village has a long history of producing
its own extra-virgin olive oil and red wine, both of which
can be sampled in the restaurant or in the shop adjacent to
the reception.
Outside on the terrace, where warm-weather dining is particularly
enjoyable, the view seems to stretch as far as Florence to
the north, and Arezzo to the south. The interior anjoys practically
the same view withits seven amply arched windows. The alabastercolored
furnishings contribute further to the light and airy atmosphere.
The restaurant can organize cooking classes on demand.
